Latinos don't care for Rubio, who is Cuban. He lied about why his family came to America and was caught out pretending they were Castro exiles when they were not.
They are talking about immigration right now in the debate, and the audience is not applauding as they are all describing a path to immigration. They want to go back to Cain's electric fence and electrocution.
