You're right. Good memories involving horse racing and good people are not allowed. I haven't been active here for awhile, so I forgot.

I must have accidentally hit post before I was done and left out the second half, where I can assure you I originally typed:

but despite the good times I had there, racing is crooked, trainers are cheaters, I witnessed 11 breakdowns there each day, takeout was too high, the betting machines sucked, the beer was watered down, and it f*cking rained ALL THE TIME which I am sure was somehow the horses' fault in Portland.
