That's why Kentucky's the best team in the country. They play defense good enough to stop anybody if they aren't making shots on the other end. Ohio State, North Carolina, Syracuse and Wisconsin aren't far off though.

Is the gap at least closer then you thought? I watched every single play of that game and I think those teams are very close if UNC is not the better team. UNC best player was in serious foul trouble 5 minutes into the game. I believe in my heart UNC will be the best team when its all said and done this year. I also think there biggest competition will not be from Kentucky, I think its Ohio St or Cuse. Good call on the second half bet though.

Yes, UNC played very well. Their shooters make them a danger to win it all. If Marshall can start giving them scoring, they'll be scary. I'm still not a believer in Henson though. He's soft.

I don't think Kentucky or UNC are as good as they'll be in April. But Kentucky has more talent. Gilchrist is absurdly good, Jones is terrific and Lamb is just an assassin. Miller, Davis and a couple of other guys can play too. Other than Barnes, Zeller and Marshall, UNC has a bunch of role players IMO. Kentucky also plays defense better than UNC.
