You want to punish them for going in to the big race? Her connections should be applauded for the way they ran her this year.

I think it's just a little west coast bias/wishful thinking from Vic. Just because the 2nd place horse in the Classic wrongfully won the award last year, doesn't necessarily mean it should happen again this year.

Ah, But she didn't run in the Ladies Classic. Can't have your cake and eat it too. Unless you're named Zenyatta. Have to wonder also if she'd have beaten Royal Delta. That you lady was a BEAST yesterday.
