But then he takes that money. For high-speed rail. Or to balance his repeatedly overdrawn budget (while he credits his own self for that and campaigns upon it)
And it is "the feds" money, because our Constitution gives us the power to collect taxes for our common good. "Largesse" is a strange choice of words. We live in a cooperative society, that we agree to all contribute towards financially. It is one of the major differences between the articles we had before the Constitution, and what they fine-tuned the Constitution to include.
