If you combine the Pinnacle numbers with TheGreek (Olympic) and VIP/Gameday, then for the Classic you get a hold of under 10%. Haven't had a chance to do the same for the other races yet.

And those numbers aren't adjusted after the first hits. There will be horses offered at 100-1 when all is said and done. Just be patient if you like any of the long ones. They get higher.
