that's an article i found-i was trying to find one i had read earlier about job growth in texas. this isn't the one tho.
however, some interesting tidbits in the article, including the fact that bushies don't like him.
not sure if the last line is correct, could just be hyperbole. but if it's fact-again, he's got some successes to back him up.

and from what i read on in a very brief slate article, he's polling ahead of everyone but romney.

as for obama being agnostic, it's something i've enjoyed from him. it's refreshing after eight years of bush acting because of what god told him. i want logic from the govt, not theology.

That was essentially my point. I think way too much is made of the whole thing, especially when one can be accused of being from "the religious right."

I will not vote for a candidate who is running because she/he was "called by God". I will not vote for a candidate associated with hate (and unfortunately, that applies so some of the "self-professed most religious" of our current candidate roster)

There is a whole wing of evangelicalism that advises it's adherents to get involved in government to help turn governmental law towards their religious ideals (Palin, Bachmann)

You'd better be running because you see problems in this country, and you think you have answers. I don't care what your religion is. I care that you have ethics and morals. Hating the poor doesn't cut it for me, either.

Way too many RACISTS here. The guy is doing an unbelievable job and anyone that doesn't agree has to be a racist.
Most of his supporters don't even know what the stock market is so why would they care what has happenned in the last week as long as they get their check from the government.
