So let me get this straight, Timm- you're upset because a bunch of employees of a privately owned company which went bankrupt due to "accounting irregularities" (according to the article), didn't get a government handout? I would think you'd feel that the fewer people getting government money the better.

Of course the union workers came out ahead- that's the whole point of being in a union. They have the power of numbers to collectively bargain so they don't get screwed as bad as people who are dumb enough to believe it when their private employer says don't worry; we'll take care of you; you can trust us.
