![]() Tigers have the best record in baseball before the All-Star break since 2006...and one of the worst post-All Star break. I think they've been in first at the halfway point something like five of the last six seasons. 2009 was particularly painful when the Tigers set the MLB record for most days spent in first place without winning a division.

![]() Down one in the 9th, runner on 2nd two out, Grady turns one over to the first baseman...I know, we're all shocked!!! (it was not an outside pitch at least as I saw the replay on EVPN, but grounders to the right and K's are pretty much all there is.)
Carrasco pitched really well, so that was encouraging. A very rare big fail by the bullpen after 7 hitless innings the first two games. Herrmann pitched like a munster.
