Crazy prediction in the face of that scenario; Obama is so lost; the $2 billion will still go to Egypt. He’ll come up with a couple hundred million for Joplin and his defenders (Riot for one) will point out how he cut $10 million, or in billion terms, nothing from regular spending.

Maybe like other addicts Obama & Co. need to really hit bottom before making a change. I have hope they'll make it. If not there's an election in less than 2 years.
