I honestly thought that Chantal couldn't keep her mount straight (just like Fats used to say). She lugged out a bit and there was a hole for Mike Smith to go through. Just then Chantal seemed to come back to the inside (I think on her wrong lead) and that's when her and Amazombie came together.
Originally on the pan view it didn't look too bad, but once I saw the head on, I kind of figured he was coming down. It would have been interesting to see what the decision would have been if the 4 horse wasn't affected by the bumping. I think in that case he would have been left up, but since the 4 was affected it stewards probably made the right call.
