My 40$ place bet on Show Trial looked like GOLD at the top of the stretch. Just as soon as i look to my brother and proclaim "what a ride!!!", the horses surge up the rail and he gets nipped for a placing!! Ugghhh

I thought Strike the Moon was done coming around the turn but made a nice little run a little too late at the end. All the other fillies must have been completely out of gas.

Default That pisses me off....
I needed the 2 to have a $5 alive, and the freakin 4 guns and i dunno what else Ramon could have done that just killed Hot Summer's chances. Was right to play against the 4, and she still finds a way to mess things up!

Another banner day for NYRA Rewards on a big racing day. Not only are they not taking track minimums for some strange reason, but that doesn't even matter when you can't get a f'n bet in.
