The computer voice at Sirius is telling me that I am important to them........
10 minutes and still holding. At 11 minutes, I get Kerpal, he asked me my phone number and why I didn't want to continue my Sirius. I started to tell him,now have Ms. Automatic Voice along with their bell ringing "jittery music". 17:13 and no word from Kerpal. Maybe he's checking his dog. I hope the battery in my phone holds out. 27:48 Now I have a nice fellow in Iowa who speaks English. He's arranging the cancellation and checking with a supervisor to arrange a confirmation email (not normally done). He's back and I'm cancelled at the end of my service (May 23). Total time right at a half hour.
