Here, you can say this: Wiphan says: I agree 100%. Obama deserves some credit for this. Hats off to all military personel and Obama for this.
Maybe you should re-check your posts or to quote you " Nothing this administration does will make you happy". The death of Bin Laden makes me happy and this administration deserves credit for this.

Good for you! If you could only lose your need to make your posts about bin Laden also an excuse to take a slam at other posters, you might earn some respect for your political positions. Again, hard to not be a victim for you.

This could have been a geat thread, sharing our happiness an evil terrorist was justly killed - except for the few people that have to use it as an excuse to snark at other posters.

A neighbor discusses the attack at 1:00am (local time) as it occurred:

You've made three posts. Not one about bin Laden. Oh my god, indeed. Don't fall off that high horse, it's a long way to the ground, especially for a non-rider.

What else needs to be said that hasn't already been said? Will I get that all elusive "respect" that you mentioned earlier if I just echo what everyone else said?

Everyone is glad he's dead. You're not breaking any ground here. You are however starting to make Nascar look like the second biggest assh.ole in this thread, which isn't easy. Congrats.

Yeah, you're right - nothing else to say about bin Laden. So let's do what you do, and join the thread only to attack other posters.

Really? You compare my posts to Nascars, and you want to be taken seriously?

The sum total of your contribution to this thread is insulting four other people. Yeah, you're really important to have around the politics threads. Thank god you're here. You being here does make it easy to determine the assholes.

When you get your own board you can make the rules. Until then, people are free to join in threads however they see fit.

Political rooms of a horse racing board.....serious, serious stuff.
