I'm with J though, and always find myself throwing Quinonez in whenever I think he has the slightest chance. I think he is a very good rider and definitely underrated.
I ended up sitting out the sequance because it was too expensive to play the ticket I really wanted. I wouldn't have had the 10, but I didn't think he was hopeless. He just missed the only other time he went 2 turns, plus it looked like there was some speed in the race which would setup for him well.
Yeah, he just missed against statebreds. Burns is a decent horse, but there was absolutely nothing behind Spud Spivens that day. His fig that day was 73, he'd since run a 65 and 66 against some very pedestrian horses, he was an eight-time loser, and there were multiple horses capable of running 80+ in this field. Hell, I would've played Big Business at 34-1 before Spud Spivens. He had only run three times and at least took a few cracks at Midnight Interlude when he was beaten.

I couldn't agree with you more Joey. I was talkin to Kev about the race/sequance and I really thought that race could have been an all if you weren't sold on the favorite. But unfortunately I couldn't find a single anywhere else and decided just to pass on it entirely.
