Correct. Sham Say was third. I think Thirty Zip rounded them out. Cadillacing was a late scratch.

That was a fun day. Slew O'Gold's Awe Inspiring broke his maiden earlier in the card.

I still can't believe Spend a Buck lost the Haskell. My 13 year old jaw was on the ground.

Great Stuff !! I was at the 1986 Travers and remember the drive to the finish line well...

Also, enjoyed seeing the Shifty Sheik and Waquoit photos..

Fortunately (or unfortunately - getting to be old) I remember seeing most of these horses race during the Golden Age of Thoroughbred Racing...
