Must be raining/snowing/icing today, too? I'm in Southern Vermont and the forecast for the northeast is a lot 4-6 inches of snow, followed this afternoon by a wintry mix of ice, and wind gusts over 40 mph

Just a steady heavy rain in the NY area today, followed by intense gusts of wind this afternoon.

Snowing like crazy here upstate right now. I'm going to stay home and wager on tracks all over the country and watch them on the computer and/or TV. These are good times. Enjoy what's left of the glory days.

No reason to start the card and then cancel.

On a side note was at Big A yesterday and was pleasantly surprised, place was sort of busy especially for the date and the racecard and the Casino construction appears to be flying along. The Belt Parkway sucked but other then that I was really impressed.

Serious you can see a light at the end of the tunnel. It is going to be a very nice place, I just wish it didnt have to be a slot parlor.
