Ohmygawd, what a terrible thing. Ground fault, yes, it happens. Thank goodness no people were harmed, but what a horrible thing to happen. Those poor horses.

just read the story on b'horse. sounds as tho they need to inspect their wiring, there's a break in the insulation and outer covering somewhere no doubt. how awful.
