I resolve to lose about 60lbs over the course of the year. I need to go hiking with Clydiepoo.

Uh,no.


What you need to do is go runnning with me with another 20% of your body weight strapped to you in snow with an average depth of 12-14 inches.

It's a killer, believe me.

But you would lose it all in 2 times out.

The last hike I went on was a 7.5 miler in the Smokies. It was a toughie, not long mind you, the grade of 3/4 of it was unbelievable.
