If there is one thing in life that I cannot stand to do, it's calling customer service for any company. For God's sake all of my information was correct, I just agreed with them and got locked out.

I'm off to check my TVG account....
They have a monthly charge I think...

At expressbet try using the "I forgot my password " route....sometimes if you change your password it lets you back in.

Can't find my TVG account info (never used it other than signing up). Thanks for the heads up on the monthly charge, I immediately stopped looking for the account info.

Xpressbet it is. I'll call when CS is open.

Screwing with mah Tampa Bay was the absolute last straw. I don't give a sh1t if they resolve it or not at this point - TS is officially not my problem anymore.

Just funded my old Xpressbet acct with enough to get me through and requested a complete withdrawal from TS -

I thought you and Margo were tight?

I'm not holding my breath for a resolution by tomorrow. I'm sure they will work it out, but when?

You know as well as I do that TS flexed its new found muscles (YB members) and Tampa was like 'um no we are not agreeing to a lower rate'

It will be resolved very soon.

And Margo and I are not tight. I am tighter with Mouse then I am with Margo

I realize that, but I gotta do what I gotta do to not get shut out. I probably won't need an ADW tomorrow anyway.

TS had better resolve it's lousy glitch-filled platform or it's "new muscle" will find another home. I keep getting response e-mails that say things like, "We are looking forward to having complete program information", and "Yes, we are working on those glitches" - but nothing is being fixed or changing. Instead, it is getting worse.
