He really takes Steve Crist to task with this quote.

“It would only make a travesty of an awards process that is supposed to be ruled by fairness and reason rather than revenge and sentimentality,” wrote columnist Steven Crist.

That really shows Steve Crist to be an unreasonable buffoon.

I love all of the comments claiming Crist knows nothing about horseracing.

The people listed as knowing nothing about horse racing in the comments section would include Beyer, Crist, Byk, Dave Johnson, Watchmaker, and Serling. If I were writing a bible on handicapping, at least five of those names would be books of the gospel.
