Also I would perfer a multi-millionaire owning a race horse than a poor farmer/rancher owning one just to have them in thier barn. Which of the two have the resources and money to provide for the horses well being?

you mean like ernie paragallo? i'd rather someone owned horses that cared about the responsibility, and lived up to that responsibility.
