Why, is Oscar Gomez going to get the mount if and when she comes back to Belmont?

I think I read they are using this race as a prep for the Cotillion next weekend. I don't think she'll match up too well with Blind Luck.

Today: Partly cloudy and windy. Very warm. High 88F. Winds SW at 20 to 30 mph.
High Stakes Player (AP Indy colt) placed in race 1 allowance behind the fav Sir Gusta .

replays scroll down http://fingerlakesracetrack.com/new-...se-racing.aspx
They refurbished the track last Wed and Thurs and it seems to be playing a little faster . It is yielding some surprising results this last week. So if you're looking for track stats I'd use races run in the last week .

Why is he running this horse for peanuts at FL again? I mean the horse ran well on the dirt at Toga. How about chasing a purse Tim?

I'm surprised they are offering show wagering on this race.

there is a bridgejumper in this race as 41k of 51k in show pool is on LBT

the pool doesnt add up correct though, must be a twin spires error as each other horse has under 1k to show on them.

1 -279
2-44615
3- 256
5- 425
6 - 214

edit: the correct show amount is 57k of 58k according to live feed

Last edited by robfla : 09-24-2010 at 02:50 PM. Reason: live feed pool

They might be net pool pricing, which does things differently. I have no idea what it means just that it helps the track against bridgejumpers.

I wonder if he wishes he sold. The offer of 500k seemed a little unrealistic, but he might have been able to get low six figures for her.

I don't think net pool pricing effects the pool totals, or for that matter doesn't help the track and the other horses pay higher
