memphis suggestions

bony and i are going to memphis for the wrong weekend. have been through there a million times, but have never stopped there...there is a reason for that,why we are stopping this time only Tommy No Cruise knows.. we do plan to head to shiloh one morning---you know, the place where shanghai used to be--- otherwise no real plans.We're dumb....what can I tell you?.. any recommendations on food, places to see? (no, not graceland-no interest at all). several suggestions from folks to go to rendezvous, supposed to be a great bbq joint.

I can't believe we're traveling all this way to get fat.
