Add Juan Vasquez to the list of SUPER JUICERS. Horse duels in insane fractions and then draws off late stretch.

I set a constraint on the 1 of 7:2 @ 0 minutes to post and ended up with a WAGER on a 5:2 shot --- before they broke. How does that work?
