![]() A good run. The King led most of the way but tired late to finish 5th. A very solid effort overall. This one looks like he will win races for us.
Thanks to Chuck and team on the great effort. Paul |

![]() RBK is definitely the horse you want out of the race. The pace completely collapsed and he was the only frontrunner still around in midstretch.

![]() Pressed underneath early by the #1 to go in :23.1 and :48.0 which had to count in the stretch... Thought he ran well first time around two turns and should certainly be that much more ready next.
Thx to Chuck, Susan , Tony and all the partners that turned out... On to KNS Saturday!

![]() Soon on MM. She is going to work on Tuesday and we should be able to firm up plans afterwards. I was a little disappointed that we were pressed early by hopeless horses but the experience going around 2 1/2 turns should benefit him. Susan said he was pretty tired afterwards. Not sure on plans going forward with him yet.

![]() Another nice DeeTee outing. Got to see some members that I haven't seen since KNS's first win. Joe the Dude made a valiant 12+ hour ride (including getting lost!) got to the hotel, took a nap and then we met up and headed to the track. Susan was very accomodating and RBK looked ready. He went to the lead early and was somewhat suprised at about 6 or 7 furlongs that the wire was still a bit away! Tony and Susan thought both thought he got something out of it and that it was a good 2+ turn effort. Had a nice dinner with Joe, Mark and Karen. We all missed Dave who convinced us all to come down for the DeeTee Double Header. I did get a nice picture of Mark and Joe giving Dave the after race blow by blow.
We are going to head over to the backstretch tomorrow morning to see the horses and then heading back to the track for Kickin's race. As Tony said on ATR the other day, Susan is quite fond of KNS and it seems that the relationship is reciprocal. Susan reports that KNS is calm when Susan is around, Susan laughed and said she is KNS's goat! As always thanks to Steve, Chuck, Susan and everyone else who helps to make this happen. Hopefully this link works for all, have been having some challenges lately. http://www.kodakgallery.com/gallery/...hotos-_-Sharee Last edited by SuffolkGirl : 07-30-2010 at 09:49 PM.
