Now that I hear that they have been arresting some of these off-shore operators when they enter this country, it makes me think that they really mean business. I really don't know what the effect wil be. I know that Pinnacle plans to keep taking bets from people from the US. I think there will always be ways to get money into these sites. I'm wondering if our goverment may try to force service providers to make it so you can't even go to these sites. I think it is possible that they could do this if they really want to. I guess the sites could keep adding new web addreses in response. I really don't know what will happen but I am definitely concerned about it. I'm not taking my money out of Pinnacle but I definitely would not feel comfortable keeping as much money there as I did in the past.

Neteller made people sign a new agreement saying that they were not a bank and that their funds were not insured, it was hilarious. I have a feeling that places like Pinnacle have been planning for this for a long time so I am not worried, but I agree, not as much fundage will be their as a result of this...
I have heard that Neteller has been just smoked with withdrawals from poker sites and online sites, it is impossible to get a withdrawal from out of there right now

maybe this is a stupid question. . . but will it be hard to cash a check from an offshore site. . . like if I go to the bank and try to cash a check from Pinnacle will they honor it?

24 hours after I said I had a problem with netteller i find out today all is cool, i got my money. free and clear of pinny and netteller - balances zero
they also said that they were running behind, lol wonder why
