What should Blind Luck get, and why? Phil says 115, but I'm sure even he knows deep down that is absurd. I think it might be a few points low at 94, but no more than that. |

![]() I never do Delaware so that is not accounting for any quirks they may have in their specific distances. Also, I think you'll agree the 5F race and the 3 horse 9F off the turfer are pretty useless in determining the rest of the card.
