From any standpoint besides "titles" which you already said was a poor measure, Drexler's career matches up very well with Pippen's.
Drexler was a great offensive player but Pippen was a better all around player.

I agree but its not a ridiculous notion to say that drexler was better. He was a better offensive player than pip and certainly a better shooter and scorer.

Barkley could be argued as better as well. Pip was great but you are acting like he was the other Jordan. He wasn't.

Real interesting article about LeBron caring more about his friends being taken care of (Miami and Cleveland willing) and Chicago (not willing)...But also how the co-op was forming way before all of this..Grabbed it off of Dave Kaplan's facebook page

Now that Juwan Howard has signed on with the Heat, I can see at least four or five championships on the horizon. Good God, is that team a bunch of sacks after the big trio.

pretty comical that Magic weighed in and said he wouldn't have left his team to go join Larry Bird to win an NBA championship

I guess Kareem and Big Game James were slouches that Magic carried to 5 rings , what s joker

Magic was drafted by the Lakers, he never left a team to join Kareem and Worthy.

Didn't we have the Worthy debate recently? I think his worth is overestimated - no pun intended. Alcindor was on the back end of his career at that point. I'm sure Magic couldn't have won all those championships without Norm Nixon or Jamal Wilkes either, but make zero doubt about it, those were MAGIC's teams.

I don't know about that Gales......in the 70's-80's the NBA didn't have guys moving like that. The biggest move of that era was Kareem being traded to LA from Milwaukee but at the time Milw. thought they had equal value. They were wrong. Magic would have stayed a Laker as it was his dream to play for them supposedly as a kid.
