![]() My parents recently purchased a DRF 10 card plan which they found out about at a horse racing blog. They thought the plan would last till the end of the year. After showing my father how to use Formy Web, I told him this plan expires on May 20,2010. Anyway they downloaded cards on Derby day and Preakness day and had 5 cards remaining. I called DRF last Saturday and explained the situation. They normally spend half the meet at Saratoga and have purchased the meet plan the past few summers. I was told they would get back to them.
I am happy to report they extended the plan for another month. I thought this was excellent service by DRF and just want to let as many people know as possible that they stand by their customers. |
