it's so easy to make decisions that cost lives other than your own.

seoul is about 1/2 hour drive from the dmz. the largest concentration of conventional artillery in the world is on the other side.

n. korea doesn't need nukes to end seoul. it can use those elsewhere (tokyo? okinawa? honolulu?).
