The closest to "free" will be people who ARE working, yet not making enough to comfortably purchase coverage on the state health insurance exchanges, will receive tax credits to help pay for them. I have to commend you. Your not using anyone else's quotes. Maybe you do actually have a brain cell. In reality I do doubt you having a brain cell unless your sitting on it.
