I'm glad everyone enjoyed the contest, I get a lot out of running it (although it didn't help me this year, I liked Zito's other horse too much
). Congrats again to Duvalier, a worthy champion. He declined the championship trophy (can you believe that Scav?) so instead of getting that for him, a donation will be made in his name to GEVA, the horse rescue farm where Nopie lives. Yes, it's true, DerbyCat is a mare (definitely not a filly), but really, I'm just another horse player like everyone else here. ![]()

Thanks for doing that DerbyCat...it's just great that an ex racehorse has a chance at a nice retirement because of the efforts of people like you and Scav.

I dont know, that trophy is serious bragging rights. I bring it to the track with me and when people start arguing with me I just show them the trophy and say "I win"
