Oh so he IS hurt? Or perhaps he is just faking because the indians suck?

More likely he reinjured the arm in the 3rd quarter that he injured on Sunday. Or was he faking when he left the court to go back to the locker room Sunday?
Or when a guy that scores 30 a game takes 3 shots in the first half...

Yeah, he looked real hurt on Sunday when he was pulling up from halfcourt.

So you never had an injury that was worse the next day?

So he finishes the game today in obvious discomfort, he plays exceptionally passively in the 1st half of a tight playoff game, falls hard on the same area that was injured on Sunday and shoots a FT lefthanded. Yes this is all typical behavior.

How anyone could watch the 1st half and not wonder what was up with james is beyond me.

So Lebron had xrays and a MRI on the day off?

Perhaps they anticipated his third quarter injury and got the xrays and MRi's in advance?
