The Post should realize that the present NYRA is not the same entity in reality as the one that had problems a few years ago. The process of the three man committee is probably unconstitutional, but it is incredible how such a big contract breeds corruption with these pols. They need to have a legitimate bidding process, put the contract to vote and get it done already!
