Unless you believe that those kids are coming to Manhattan Kansas to learn under the great Frank Martin.

Or that those kids that come to Syracuse from all parts of the country do it for the bustling nightlife of upstate New York.

Or that wherever Bob Huggins goes is suddenly the magical place to be.

Or that Jim Calhoun didnt pay Rudy Gay or a bunch of those other kids.

Yes, Rick Barnes is an amazing coach! Durant went there for the campus right?

Tell me why Rick Pitino isn't repeating the success he had at Ky down in good old Louisville?

I could go on all day. Calipari gets a bad shake in my opinion. Yes...he cheats. Just like dutrow-he gets picked on because he does it better than anyone else.

Calipari gets the pick of the litter now because of his star quality and what he does for teams. He probably doesn't even need to cheat anymore because he automatically has people interested. He continues to put players in the NBA also. His mouth and his demeanor is what got him to where he is, and he is finally figuring out the whole picture when it comes to coaching. He talked the other day about not ending the game with timeouts and if you notice, the second that things start to go ill, he calls timeout with this team and regroups, doesn't pull the "I'll let them play out of it"

You dont really believe this do you? Who has he "put" in the NBA? Derrick Rose and Tyreke Evans? They would have not even bothered with college had the age 19 rule not been in effect. Every school he leaves coincidentally has a huge amount of violations from the time period for which he coached. Naturally he knows or sees nothing.

Marcus Camby, CDR, Dorsey is in the NBA but doesn't play. Dozier plays in Greece. I am not sure how many made it besides Camby from the UMass days
