You can't even go by the numbers as reported. For example, Borrego. Was he a western horse? Yet he prepped for the BC at Belmont. If Wait a While wins one of the f&m races, does prepping at Oak Tree make her a west coast horse?

Proves nothing, means nothing.

Chiefs Crown prepped for the inaugural Breeders Cup juvy in the Norfolk at SA. He was Ny based his whole life before and after, that also does not make him a Cali horse.
