you are right on. this might help but double the handle? that seems like pie in the sky at this time. are they accounting for losing some every day bettors and horsemen? this will be a better product but i highly doubt they will double the handle or even come close to that. plus, all the racing time they lose. people are worried (at other venues)but i think other tracks will attract some of their horses. people only make money when they run thier horses. but, then again this may be the way the industry is going, seeing that they are all losing, they got to try something which is a start. if it does work out, other states will have to look at this. but double the handle in this economy with all the gambling places.....c'mon
