Trainer Tim Kreiser said Peppi Knows came out of the Whirlaway a little tired and with a cut on his left hind foot, known as a grabbed quarter, presumably from being stepped on by Eightyfiveinafifty. But Kreiser did not think the issue would result in much lost training time.

Stepped on? Ah yeah ... that's kind of what happens when you cut a horse off and you're not even close to being clear of them.

With a clean break they wont beat Dublin. I think Super Saver is going to the Tampa Bay Derby, since Todd is sending Rule to the Florida Derby.
