Old Fashioned or steel cut Oats are the healthiest. They are not as tasty and take longer to cook than the sugar added quick oats, but you can add honey, all fruit preserves, or fruit to them.

Quaker Oats Old Fashioned + a sh1tload of raisins + hot water from the coffee machine at work = every day on my first break.
