reminds me of the last time I visited a friend in the hospital. Guy in the next room would masterbate every 5-6 hrs for relief. I walk by a room a couple doors down and a guy is getting a BJ from a nurse. I ask what the heck is that and am told he has Blue Cross while the other guy is on a HMO plan.
