What I want to know is how does Byk not have an Eclipse for his own journalistic efforts relevant to the sport. I must be missing something here but some of his efforts about the state of racing in Ky, the show devoted to Bobby Frankel's passing or his efforts to publicize the issue of neglected horses starving in mass last year seem to be more deserving of recognition than anything I have read or seen these past few years...but I digress.
