russell never had to work hard to succeed til the pro's. he's an idiot for sure. no work ethic, sleeps thru team meetings. the only surprise i feel at his benching is that it took this long. but the raiders as a whole are a colossal clusterf*ck, no surprise that his career seems all but over.
Jefferson spiking the ball with one play left would fit right in with the RAIDERS!
