Heres to the East/West Coast bias BS. I love CJ ,followed him on the derby trail, put him in alot of my numbers on derby day and finally struck it rich with him in the Travers.
And if your looking for a feel good story it isnt a mare beating the boys up on her home track it is the meaning behind this horses name and how they dedicated the Travers to the real John before the horse even won. And it sure looked like the horse put his nose down on the wire for him. Heres to a long retirement!
