Is this an on track only bet,or do some ADW sites carry it?

Youbet has a track on their list as BC H2H. It has three races. Race 1 is the jockey bet. Race 2 and 3 is the Distaff/Classic DD.

Any idea where this is on twinspires? I don't think you can start wagering on the Breeder's Cup races until around 11:00 EST anyway. I'm psyched, this will be my first foray into internet wagering - no more handfuls of slips in my greasy palms.

Xpressbet also has it under special BC bets
