With good reason. Hell of a debut. I used her to start a Pick 3 after seeing the early money but my Pick 4 goes in the toilet.

I used her really just because Mcpeek/Kent and I thought the race was wide open.... My pick 4 cant pay anything, Im singled to Gozzip with 5-2 and 5-2 starts... I will be happy if I can hit this and get my 36$ back.

You're lost. You beat the even-money chalk and Connie and Michael is guaranteed to be better than 5-2 in the Pick 4 pool. The freaking 1-12 double paid $50. You're gonna get at least 2-1 if you hit it.

That was embarassing. I'm as big a Tom Durkin fan as anyone but that kinda stuff makes you think his retirement date should be coming up soon.

He doesn't seem senile elsewhere, but for some reason he struggles with names that are similar to the names of former greats. He calls More Than a Reason More Than Ready constantly. There are others I'm forgetting. I counted, he called Stormzapper Ghostzapper four different times. So it's not like it was one slip of the tongue. He only got Stormzapper's name right once.

Durkin/Ghostzapper conversation makes me think of... Clock Stopper.

Did anyone read Glenye Cain's Overbrook piece yet? She says that Clock Stopper is Storm Cat's paddock companion. Storm Cat not easy to get along with from what I've read, so I thought it was pretty cool that tough nut Clock Stopper is his pal.
