It seems as if IEAH has not paid Mullins and a few other People.

According to Mullins they owe him 31k and he has filed a letter with the New York State Racing and Wagering Board regarding IEAH Stables’ alleged failure to meet financial obligations in relation to the training, riding, and care of the colt.

yeah, i just read this a minute ago. much as i don't care for mullins, he should not be made to suffer and have to go without because his owners are in a snit. the horse is still in mullins' care and he should be paid accordingly.
