Not sure why he was ever offered up for 50K at one point and I am not sure if Cerin was being sincere when interviewed after the race on saying he thought this horse would stink on turf, granted he didn't beat much yesterday in terms of a quality field but on the other hand he was much the best, and more importantly showed a good turn of foot as his last 1/4 will attest to. He might be alot better than what his past p's suggest.
