For anyone interested, there is a horse in Australia named Rags to Riches that runs regularly.

Well I invoked a lot of responses, and I cooled down a little from that tirade, so I will verify a few things here okay.

This not about anyone from this Board period, we all may have at times purchased a pick or 2, okay maybe not all, but I have and been burn ed a few times and then did okay too, but soon I knew what I was getting and took the chance, it was easier than handicapping yourself.

But then I started handicapping with the Form and a pack of cigs and cup of Joe, marking and reading all about the past races and I started to see things, and even found , every now and then, to me anyway, horse's that were for sure winners and at odds too, but this was years ago and I was strapped for money then and only played 1.00 ex boxes with 3 hores's, back when Vegas had a 300-1 limit on payoffs, which to me sucked cause it took my money away from me when I won, which those for sure wins were only about 2-3 every 3 months, not enough to write home about, but they were horses i knew would win, wish I could do that today, because today when I find a for sure horse now , it seems so does everyone else, not always but those longshot days are far and few between.

No shrooms were used in this thread, no drink or anything else except a pissed off guy who was told he couldn't do it, that others could but I can't, and I got mad. I spent tons of money , and over a year studying this software and then finally am told this may not be for you, both a blessing and major dissappointment, I put losta time and money and studied very hard trying to get this and I could not quite grasp it, yet I could be still being strung along if I did ask outright if this would ever show a profit, and finally I got the answer , not for you, ouch , that bit down to the bone, was I really stupid, no not at all, was it my work eithic, no not at all, it was the program I believe, as I never truly seen it produce regularly winners, soem claim to be winners using it, and I will not call them liars, no I will not, they are being truthful I guess, now their bankroll maybe much greater than mine ever could be, and then there was the guy I tried before him, man that was another disaster, but I still think now he never wins really, but I fell for it, the method of finding winners, of course it meant work and studying to learn how to find them, whether the old fashioned pen and pencil way, or the computer age way, ythey all require learning the program and finding out what all the numbers mean, and still others just wander on down to the paddock and tell if a horse ie ready to run today or if he is not ready, and they do well, so I am told, I have not met anyone who does this yet, not personally anyway.

I have this crazy desire to win at the horses, I can not help it, yes I may have a trouble life right now due to the economy, and not have a ton of money to play and buy horse's with, yet, someday I hope to, so finding the right tool to help me do that, it is out there and I am looking for it, and when I find it I will study hard and hope it works well for me, but so far not much luck, but I have faith it will turn around soon, and when people you been feeding money to finally a year later tells you, YOU CAN NOT WIN, it rubbed me the wrong way, almost like why take all my money then, heck all that wasted money would be very handy right about now, that is a fact, but you live and learn, well I learned that system did not work for me, and does not work for many others too, not just me.

Now make fun of me if you mst and have your laughs, all that is okay, really it is, because when I read this myself, it is funny and i look like a "Mark", a sucker just waiting to be duped again, well this board and a few others have made me much more aware of things now. Like choosing the wrong program at 1st , instead of the other one, I kick myself each day for that now, well, we all make mistakes and then some get things right the 1st time, everytime, I hate those guys, not really, they are the ones I need to follow and learn from, not the slick salesmen who promises too much and delivers even less..

Hope I cleared a few things up, but lets hear some Rags to riches stiories, I know there, must be dozens and dozens of them out there, cheer me up and share them stories here with us, please. Prove to me and the world there is still hope to make in this business I love , Horse's

Patrick
