I'm two hours from Santa Anita and Hollywood and I make it a point to do live racing around a half dozen times a year. And that includes the annual trip to Del Mar four hours away.

Hey just visiting the paddock is beneficial enough to take away the track vig.

I can't wait for retirement and the chance to visit Belmont, Saratoga, Arlington, Monmouth, Fair Grounds, Keeneland, Churchill, Gulfstream and Tampa Bay.

Rounding out the top ten would have to be Golden Gate since its only six hours away.

Yep, we did that and that is how I picked the winner of the last race. Thought my post was getting pretty long so I closed it down. The paddock is where you can gather information (real or imagined) to help make that final decision.
